Free Second Opinion

If another company says you need to replace your equipment or that a major repair is required, we will provide a second opinion at no cost. All we ask in return is to provide you our own quote for that work. If we determine no work is needed, we simply ask to be paid for our service call for saving you from the unnecessary and expensive repair! What do you have to lose?

Routine Maintenance and Maintenance Plans

Routine maintenance of your HVAC home comfort systems assures that your equipment is operating effectively and safely, reduces operating and repair costs, extends equipment life, and protects the manufacturer warranty and your investment. Most importantly, it lessens the chance of an untimely loss of service. Our technicians perform a thorough safety and performance check on each maintenance visit, providing all the detailed attention your system requires!

Providing additional peace of mind that your home is safeguarded against unforeseen plumbing and electrical issues, separate System Assessment visits, performed by experts from our Electrical and Plumbing departments, are included in your reasonably priced annual maintenance plan.  These visits, while not a guarantee that you won't experience some sort of issue from time to time, can help spot many problems before they arise.

To schedule maintenance you can call us when you need us, or you can set up a value-priced annual maintenance plan. Maintenance plans offer multiple benefits, including lower cost, discounted repair services, and a planned service schedule. Regardless of your preferred maintenance method, please call now to set up your routine maintenance!

Ethics

Our need to provide you with professional service is a given. We also believe it is our obligation to provide you with honest and fair guidance when needed to make informed decisions. For example, when does it make sense to repair versus replace your equipment? We appreciate that each customer has their own criteria for making that decision, which can often be stressful. Over the course of our relationship we pledge to provide patient advice in a low pressure setting, while ensuring the safety of those living in the home.

Test Equipment and Training

Our HVAC technicians have state-of-the-art equipment to test for carbon monoxide and gas leaks, perform combustion analysis and electrical testing, and measure airflow. They also carry video cameras to visually inspect a furnace's heat exchanger. More importantly, they have the training to use them properly and interpret the results.

24-Hour HVAC Service

An HVAC technician is available to serve you at any time of the night or weekend. For after-hours service, please call 303-443-9762. During extreme weather or when there is a widespread loss of utility service, we apologize if our response is delayed due to high call volume. Thank you for choosing Save Home Heat Company!
