Services Include
- Annual performance Checkup and Cleaning for most types and brands of residential and light commercial heating systems, including: forced air furnaces, hot water boilers, rooftop units, heat pumps, unit heaters, radiant heaters, and water heaters.
- Annual performance checkup and cleaning for most types and brands of residential and light commercial central conditioners, ductless split system air conditioners, and rooftop cooling systems. EPA certified for proper refigerant handling
- Diagnostic and repair service for most types and brands of residential and light commercial heating and coolin systems.
- E.P.A. certified refrigerant charging, removal and disposal for older, existing systems and new system startup.
Evaporative cooler startup and shutdown procedures, media replacement; controls and unit upgrades.
- Humidifier and Air Cleaner annual servicing, pad and filter replacement;
unit upgrades.
- Indoor Air Quality testing. Please see Lennox healthy Advantage Prgram below.
- Thermostat replacement and upgrades.
- Active solar hot water and hot air system inspection and repair.
- Sheet metal fabrication.
